    Reason of the excessive temperature of the loader hydraulic oil

    1. Bad heat dissipation 

    Excessively thick sewage deposited on the surface of the radiator will cause heat dissipation and poor ventilation, resulting in excessive oil temperature; The excessive low liquid level in the hydraulic oil tank causes the amount of oil circulating in the system will be insufficient and the system oil temperature will be excessive. 

    2. Improper selection of hydraulic oil brand: 

    For the hydraulic oil brand, the improper selection of the oil viscosity index will directly threaten the normal operation of the hydraulic system. Therefore, only the specific viscosity range and the hydraulic oil with small viscosity change as far as possible could be selected. Upon the selection of hydraulic oil, the specific construction area and season should also be considered. For the winter construction in the northern region, hydraulic oil with lower viscosity should be used; In the summer, the hydraulic oil with higher viscosity should be used; For machines with clearly defined oil standards, the hydraulic oil should be added in strict accordance with the regulations. 

    3. Improper pressure adjustment: 

    When the excessive system pressure is adjusted, the relief valve couldn't overflow and depressurize normally, resulting in an increase of internal leakage and an increase of system oil temperature. For the hydraulic system with the back pressure valve on the oil return line, if the back pressure valve has excessive voltage regulation, the oil temperature will be too high due to excessive oil return resistance. When the oil return filter is blocked or the oil return line is aging and delaminated, the back pressure will be slightly high. The increase of the pressure loss upon the oil fluid flow causes the excessive oil temperature. 

    4. Suction of the hydraulic pump: 

    The suction of the hydraulic pump causes too much air is mixed into the oil fluid, and the cavitation and hydraulic shock generate under the action of high pressure, which causes the system oil temperature rises rapidly, accompanied by strong vibration and noise. The reason for the suction of the hydraulic pump is mostly due to the blockage of the inlet filter or the inlet pipe. If the fuel pipe joint is loose or the drive shaft oil seal of the guide pump and the main hydraulic pump is damaged, the suction of hydraulic pump will also happen. 

    5. Internal leakage: 

    If the internal leakage is serious during the energy transfer process, the volume loss of the system will be increased, and the lost energy will be transferred into the heat energy, which will cause the excessive system oil temperature. If the component gap is too small, the friction between the relative moving parts may also increase the oil temperature; While the oversize gap will cause severe side leakage. 

    6. Component wear: 

    Severe wear of components in the hydraulic system may cause excessive system oil temperatures. Many parts of the components in the system are sealed by gaps. Once these hydraulic components are worn, the internal leakage will increase, causing the oil temperature increases and the viscosity of the oil fluid decreases. Then, the internal leakage further increases, resulting in the further increase of oil temperature and forming a vicious circle. 

    7、Excessive tightening of the hydraulic components would also cause the increase of oil temperature.
